This is happening because our domain was flagged on a blocklist that certain routers check against, which can prevent access on affected networks. We have been cleared from this blocklist as of Monday, July 20th, but it can take time to have the affected routers update their blocklist. If you'd rather stick with the original domain, there are two workarounds that typically resolve the issue:
Switch to cellular data instead of your Wi-Fi network, or whitelist *.smarterlaunch.com on your router's settings.
